Voplica LLC ("Voplica", "we", "us") operates the website voplica.com, the early-access mailing list and the Voplica Studio platform (together, the "Service"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Early-access mailing list. When you subscribe on voplica.com we collect your email address and the time of subscription. The list is managed by Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), which processes the data on our behalf.
  • Account information. Email address, username and authentication data you provide when registering for or signing in to Voplica Studio.
  • Content you create or upload. Prompts, images, audio, video, characters, voices, datasets and the settings of your generation runs. Generation inputs are stored with their runs so your history works and results are reproducible.
  • Preferences. Settings such as Safe mode, content-rating filters and language.
  • Payment and credits information. Credit balances and transaction records. Card details are handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage and technical data. Log data, device and browser type, and interactions with the Service, used for security, debugging and improving the product.

2. How we use information

To provide and operate the Service, including running the AI generation you request; to notify you about early access and launch if you subscribed; to maintain your content library and run history; to process payments and prevent fraud and abuse; to moderate content and enforce our Terms of Use, including through automated content-rating systems; to send service messages; and to improve the Service.

3. AI generation

Your prompts and uploads are processed by AI models to produce the results you request. We do not use your private content to train models without your explicit consent.

4. Likeness and biometric-adjacent content

Character and identity features can process images of faces and recordings of voices you provide. Upload only material you have the right to use. Features that reproduce a real person's likeness or voice require that person's permission, as described in the Terms of Use.

5. Third-party storage integrations

If you choose to connect a third-party storage account (for example Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive) to import or export datasets and models, we access only the files and folders you select and only to perform the action you requested. We do not make unauthorized changes to your stored files, and you can revoke the connection at any time from your storage provider's settings.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf (hosting, AI compute, payments, email delivery), when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users and the public, or in connection with a corporate transaction. Content you publish on the Service is visible to others according to the visibility you set.

7. Cookies

voplica.com sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Voplica Studio uses essential cookies for sign-in sessions and security, and stores your preferences in cookies or local storage. If we introduce analytics cookies in the future, this policy will be updated first and, where required, we will ask for consent.

8. Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as your account or subscription is active or as needed for the purposes above. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list with the link in any email. You can delete individual content, and you can request account deletion; we remove or de-identify personal data except where retention is required by law, for example transaction records.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact privacy@voplica.com to exercise them. If you are in the EEA or UK, our legal bases are performance of contract, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligation; you may also complain to your supervisory authority. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

10. Security

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk: TLS encryption in transit, hashed credentials, strict access controls and hosting with providers that meet recognized security standards. No online service is perfectly secure; use a strong, unique password.

11. Children

The Service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has an account or subscription, contact us and we will remove it.

12. International transfers

We are a U.S. company. Your information is processed in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards where required.

13. Changes

We will post updates here and adjust the effective date. Material changes will be announced on the website or in the Service.
